Refund policy

Every CaptionOx purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. CaptionOx either works on your system or it doesn't — and if it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.

When you can get a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason — and especially if CaptionOx does not work on your system and our support cannot fix it. No questions asked, no forms to fight with.

How to claim

1. Email support@captionox.com from the email address you bought with (or include it in your message).
2. Include your license key or your store receipt/order number, so we can find the purchase quickly.
3. We confirm by reply, and the refund is processed through the store you bought from (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) back to your original payment method.

Store processing times vary, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we confirm.

After a refund

A refunded license key is deactivated and stops working, and you should uninstall CaptionOx. Everything you already created with it — your videos and captions — remains entirely yours.

Try support first (only if you want to)

Most problems — a Gatekeeper prompt on Mac, a license already active on two computers, Hindi words needing a bigger model — take one email to fix. The help page covers the common ones. But the guarantee is yours either way: fixed or refunded.
